    Eastmont Towers, a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking an experienced Foundation Director to join our team!

    Position Details


    PT position to lead the Eastmont Towers Foundation, 401(c)3.  Responsible for cultivation of donors, donor recognition, sponsorships, fundraising events, major gifts and development of donor data base.  Works collaboratively with Eastmont Towers’ leadership team in support of the Mission, Vision and Values.  Establishes strong relationships within the community at large, vendors, residents, staff, foundations, and philanthropic organizations.  Designs fundraising projects to achieve short and long term objectives.  Reports directly to the Director of Marketing & Development.  Works closely with and is responsible to the Foundation Board of Directors.  Must be able to establish the foundation budget, be outgoing, possess extraordinary interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, and speak and write persuasively to represent Eastmont.  Some events in the evenings and weekends.
